• Vehicles may be held until full payment is received, in accordance with applicable laws.
   

• Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service.
   
• GDBMotorworks is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
   
• Test drives may be performed when necessary to diagnose or verify repairs.
   

• Any warranties on parts or labor will be clearly communicated at the time of service.
   
• GDBMotorworks is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or failures unrelated to the work performed.
   
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, GDBMotorworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
